I'm Kathy Barnett a board certified life coach and grief recovery specialist. I coach my clients in a way that engages both the head and the heart while tapping into your creativity. Grief Recovery
Grieving is a natural process in light of all types of loss whether it's loss through death or divorce, loss of a job or having to let go of a lifestyle. Through this process you will do the work to address these losses through a proven method of grief recovery.
One-time Creative Discovery Session
This one-time working session is designed to get you started on pursuing a big, important goal. We will identify the steps you need to take to begin your journey. At the end of this 4-hour, one-on-one session you will be equipped with a clear picture of how you will move forward. This session will culminate in your creating a symbol to carry with to encourage you to keep moving forward.
